If my anti nausea meds don't help, I usually curl up and take deep breaths and rock a bit. Sometimes vomiting is the only relief. I use zofran, promethazine, ginger

Ativan and medical marijuana high in myrcene or limonene.

Lorazepam 2 mg 3-4 times daily has been the ONLY way for me. I’ve tried absolutely every anti nausea medicine out there.

I have nausea and vomiting every day. It's not easy to deal with, but my GI referred me to a gastroparesis surgeon, just waiting on my surgery date. The surgery is called pyloroplasty, the surgeon is going to basically make the bottom of my stomach opening larger. Which is supposed to help with the pain and nausea and vomiting. If I still have nausea and vomiting after, he will then put in a gastric stimulator
