Alternative ways to improve mental health?

Find online ASD community. Being on this app is great step for both of us! I watch a lot of people on YouTube who are ASD, come from many different backgrounds. I learn by observing other humans. Once I was diagnosed late in my life for ASD I worked towards realizing I needed to shift my focus from observing neurotypical humans to observing the ASD and other neurodiverse individuals and communities/groups. Eventually I felt comfortable enough to reach out to a few individuals about their own experiences and tried applying some tips and tricks to my own life. I’m not looking for the silver bullet of answers, but options to my sharpen my mind in a NEW neurodivergent way.
