Well I would suggest counseling or therapy that's specific to your condition. I sw you had Bipolar and borderline personality disorder(BPD). So try to find therapist or counselors that specializes in those conditions. Bpd is treated with counseling so it's the best option. With Bipolar I agree with @vanouri on documenting your moods to see how your meds are working for you. Also counseling. You might have to trial and error with counselors or ask your psychiatrist if they recommend any counselors for your conditions. They usually know a few that would help you. That being said every counselor treats differently so you might have to trial and error to find one that you connect with and works for you. This is all from personal experience so I hope I helped.

It depends which condition you're looking for. But with bipolar, documenting your moods with an app or graph can be helpful to show your psychiatrist
