Alternative Treatments for Mental Health?

I’ve had way more different types of treatments for HS than I wish I would’ve but if you’re looking for non-medication treatments you tend to have 2 or 3 other ways to try to heal. Diet has a massive impact on some individuals aswell as exercise and weight. If you don’t want to do this, other options include surgery although I highly advise against it as most plastic surgeons do not know how to treat HS. I’m not saying they’re wrong, but the textbooks they work out of are lacking in terms of HS knowledge and can often lead you to a worse place than you began, as it did for me.
