Hello! I'm interested in managing stress and my OCD with alternative methods. Currently I'm in medication and trying to find a new therapist after my last one switched careers.

My therapist has giving up on me and now I have to call my work to tell them I have to maybe become an inpatient and hope I can keep my job while I'm gone. But I doubt it because I've been working there a week.
