Hello, all. I am 37 and was diagnosed with EH with atypia earlier this year. Has anyone with atypia gone a different route than hysterectomy?

      @RubixCat progesterone made me very mean and unstable

      They put me on a high dose of progesterone and on an IUD which helped for about a year but also made me gain a ton of weight

      I heard that that you can take hormones or birth control, but it really only is a band-aid.

        @Rebekah1213 Unfortunately, that isn’t the case if the cells look abnormal (which is what atypia means). It could be cancerous.

          @ComplexSpectacles3 I have complex hyperplasia and I have to get a hysterectomy within the year, so I understand.
