There’s just so much lack of research and it’s so annoying how one person says one thing and another says another for example how being on birth control is actually bad and not good for people but endometriosis is thought less likely to grow back if you don’t bleed . I understand your pain I was in hospital a week ago for a week on morphine for the pain . I’m not having surgery as my gynaecologist says I’m young and only had surgery 2 and a half year ago to remove but I don’t think all of it was . Rest and diet changes have seen to be helped but there’s so much more too it x

A hysterectomy will only be offered if every treatment option has failed to help I had my hysterectomy over a year ago someways it helped but someways it didn't

Remember hysterectomy is not a cure, but if the lifestyle may be better for you, then go for it. I still have mini periods after my hysterectomy and kept my ovaries so I still get the occasional cyst.

yeah, i’ve had two in the past couple years and a cystectomy when i was 14 my gyno and i talked it through thoroughly ( she’s been my gyno for 12+ years and knows my past ) and we decided together that it’s the option that makes the most sense for me thank you for the suggestion 💚
