Alternative Pain Relief Options

I can not function on opidos they put me to sleep no matter what they are .yes do morning stretch’s too

Sometimes slow stretching in the morning gets the circulation going so makes it less painful to move. I have also found that doing deep breathing and meditation helps me.

Has anyone tried CBD for pain and can you take it with opioids?

Dr has given me flexeril but I can only take it at night pills like this knock me out fast /sleep
