Recommendations for Occasional Painless Drinking?

I have found that light beer doesn’t seem to irritate me nearly as much as seltzers or wine or mixed drinks! Each time you decide to drink, stick to one type of alcohol and then record your reaction to it and you’ll find if you have any alcohol that doesn’t irritate you as much. Also, take prelief pills before drinking!

Any alcohol is an irritant. If you’re drinking then you’re asking for pain. I learned that the hard way.
