Hei! I'm a 28 year old trans guy that had a buuuuuunch (4) big personal losses in 2018. I have been depressed and have been trying to delete myself for an even longer time, but 2018 did not help and I began "trying harder". I am a bigger guy with T2 Diabetes and have been trying hard to cut sugar and got hooked to Pokémon Go even more because of it. I self harm a lot and have been for years (back from 2009) and I've been mainly been dealing with that and suicidal ideation the most!
