Share your most ADHD moment!

This happened the other morning. Before I leave, I need to have my keys, my phone, my purse, and my electrolyte drink. I couldn’t find my keys. By the time I found them (in the basement), I realized my wallet wasn’t in my purse. So I looked for that (on a shelf by the fridge), but I set my phone down on that shelf when I found it, so I scrambled to find my phone again, only to realize I never made my electrolyte drink. I had just been holding a plain water bottle that entire time.

Where do I start? My focusing skills are lacking so much that even my eyes can't focus long enough for me to retain what I read. I can't do dishes if the dish dryer is full. Disassociation is my superpower and my kryptonite. I can forget about a pile of dirty clothes in front of me but I will remember once it's gone. I don't trust myself to empty my pockets so I will check everything before loading the washer.

I have ADD and I built a whole shelf just so I could eat corndogs... the shelf in question is a 3×3 and I needed to put my air fryer on it. So I spent 2 hours building it just so I could make corndogs
