Running out of ADHD meds and dealing with a dependent friend

I ran out of my adhd meds today so now I'm waiting till i can go get them 🧍🏻 i also have a friend who is solely dependent on others being around and has no idea how to be independent and at this point if they cant get it together they're gonna lose their only chance of escape from their parents but i cant keep helping them because i have to be helping myself as well. i dont mind talking to and helping people but if they're going to need my attention and help 24/7 then i simply cant help :[
