hi I have adhd, I have struggled with controlling it for long time with or without medication. my parents always would have to up my meds almost every week.

That's literally dangerous AF you'd be better off smoking a bowl periodically throughout the day to so you can filter the stuff in your head and get rid of the anxiety from not doing things
