Struggling with Intimacy Due to ADHD

You don’t HAVE to do any of those things. Of course go for it if you want to but don’t force yourself because society says u should. You can always explain to ppl ur with that doing x activity can be v uncomfortable for u, generally people are understanding. Maybe confused and ask u a few questions at first but that would be because they seek to make u more comfortable. Maybe if the pressure for eye contact was gone you could be more comfortable to be close/intimate with others.

When the right person comes it’ll feel natural trust me don’t think too much about it
