Struggling with Social Anxiety and ADHD

I want to have a female in my life but between ADHD and anxiety.. I am not able to talk to people very much or well. I'm told all the time I'm attractive.. but I get embarrassed and shy away. I was married from 16-42, now divorced I have no clue. Help? πŸ™πŸ’•

My girlfriend has ADHD as well so we really support and understand each other. I agree with Lolli, you can try some of the dating apps where you can chat with women without embarrassment or shyness.

The number one thing is to include that, I have in my online dating stuff that I'm ADHD and I out out my boundaries so that I don't feel like I'm leading them on,

Maybe start by meetings someone online? Bumble? Hinge? Then you can put in your profile what you have (if you’re comfortable) and people will see it and know before they even meet you! And who knows you’ll probably meet a bunch of people dealing with the same thing!!! Then you can talk to them at your own pace and meet up with them on your terms if you ever want to! πŸ’• Hope that helps!
