As soon as I get home for the day, I find that everything I want or need to do is frustrating or dissatisfying. I end up feeling this intense anger because of it. Could this be related to ADHD/Executive Dysfunction?

Absolutely, when you get home you wanna do what you wanna do, If you have responsibilities to do when you get home I find it helps to keep your shoes on or even keep your bag on until you complete them so eventually it makes your brain think that you're not done with your day yet
Executive dysfunction and emotional dysregulation is what it sounds like. Maybe even understimulation?
YES!! either that or I just don't wanna get stuff done unless I have to. I always have one major task for the day, and since I've had so many for a while it means.. I haven't done my laundry in two weeks. It's fine though since my one task I always force myself to do is shower twice daily, and since I also share part of my wardrobe with my grandma 😭😆

Seems too acute to be just ADHD.
