Any tips for handling executive dysfunction? I keep trying to just force myself to do my work but end up just zoning out and not doing it while being stressed about the fact that I'm not doing it.

      I treat things like a video game. A reward based system for myself to get myself to do things. It’s harder on some days than others, but sometimes I just gotta try my best :)
