As someone with "invisible" disabilities I've had a lot of situations where people tell me I'm not disabled or just need to push through because pain makes you stronger. And everyone around me, particularly current and past coworkers, don't prioritize their bodies and do push through medical issues so I tend to feel like I have to do the same, like I'm weak if I can't push through my condition because other people hurt themselves all the time. Does anyone else struggle with this?

that super sucks. i struggle with that a lot especially with my family. my parents always basically made me push through until my body gave out- and now don’t understand that i need to be in an okay place to get my stuff done!
Thank you, I appreciate just hearing that it's okay to take care of myself. And you do make a good point that people could be falling apart in the other aspects of their life. I'm so sorry you've had to deal with this as well. I'm praying I'll finally get approved for disability so I don't have to keep pushing myself to keep jobs.
