I know it makes you not hungry. That's why some people seek it out. Not wanting to sleep, possibly tremors, etc. But you can focus. It's been offered to me by my doc, but I've done so well on Ritalin, I'm afraid to switch.

It decreases your appetite but I’d say it’s worth it if it helps with your ADHD. And if you find that it keeps you up at night you can drink energy drinks/coffee to reverse its effects or just take it earlier in the morning so it wears off before you go to bed.

The only effect I've had with Adderall is a decreased appetite, but it is really effective

Anything negative long term? I already forget to eat so I should set a reoccurring alarm.

Nothing major that I noticed. An alarm is far more effective than my carrying snacks around 😂

I def carried snacks around last night! 😝 I need to just take the plunge and get on something to help with focus.
