hello! I saw this app advertised on Instagram 🤗 I thought since I'm starting my weight loss journey I could be motivated and a source of motivation for all of you! I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis since I was 12 years old and also have flat feet 🥲 I want to get to tell like I'm not alone in these health issues and have people by me that understand me! thank you, have a lovely day/night! ❤️❤️❤️

      Hi, sorry for the late reply it's busy crazy, I can't believe iv not been active in over a year! Hahaha yes your definitely not alone in that awful foot pain! Can I ask what you do to help with the pain?

        @tman44 yes about 7cm but I think it stopped now. Settled really well!! 🌨️🌨️❄️🏂

        @tman44 well I try to do exercises every morning and night and take breaks in between long walks especially walks to school. Have you heard of rolling a tennis ball under the arch and middle fascia of your foot? It works wonders 😄👍 Ha! It's also night for me too! It's snowing after aaaages!
