Hey, I ran across this app and thought it seemed neat. I've struggled with a lot of chronic illness and occasional disability (fortunately able to work through *most* of it), but am currently doing mostly well. I'm finally getting a chance to work on longer-term health goals that might help me have less chronic illness in my future - like getting to a healthier weight (lower, in my case), exercise, and eating nutritiously.
