I have really bad time blindness and haven't been medicated for my adhd since I was 16 any ideas to help with my adhd symptoms and time blindness would be helpful.
Idk just an idea it might not help with the time blindness but try doing doing something specific at a important tines as a reminder to do something
I use my Fitbit timer to go off every hour on days when I need to get stuff done. Also calendar on fridge and planner on me because... I can get pretty disoriented to time
