how do I come to terms with/accept my anxiety?

      I think the most important thing is to remember to be gentle with it. It's really easy to spiral into thinking you are broken. Instead of getting upset with your anxiety, try viewing it as an overly worried friend. I, also, think it's important to remember anxiety is a part of you, but it isn't all of you!

        @TheRealHope ty ❤️ this is something I've really been struggling with lately--accomodating my anxiety and making sure I am happy and functioning, while trying to achieve my goals and keep a positive self image. It's so easy to just get lost in it all
