I got a small 6 inch plate. I eat my dinner off that and have a can of veggies if I'm still hungry. Drinking 2 oz of aloe 30 minutes before a meal and walking for 10 minutes after has helped keep my sugar levels down.
I have been on a new diet where I have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner. It has helped me lower my daily sugar counts. If you want we can get together and I can show you what has helped me.
