Hello, I've had tinnitus since October 5 2020 and have learned to just manage it. I recently got a dog to help me be more stress free and relaxed. Recently I've been hearing a new sound that is harder to mask and has made me really anxious and stress. How do you all deal with anxiety and stress when new things arise?
Anxiety (Including GAD)
There is an app called resound relief, the tone happy helps me. There is also an app called rain rain with really good sounds. I listen to it to give myself breaks
