Struggling with BPD stigma

I was recently diagnosed as well and coming here is a good step. Online help is, well, helpful. My hood luck is My daughter who's about 18. She is my biggest confidant. She studies mental health and it's very understanding and knowledgeable. I learn new stuff that helps me with clarity on my behavior all the time
