Well coming here was a first good step to just share what you're going through. And yes asking for help when things get to hard is definitely a good thing. Have you seeked out therapy yet at all?
I really don't know if therapy could be my thing, after I was diagnosed with depression. I push actually going as much as I can.
Take deep breaths and talk to someone you trust it can help calm you down and feel less anxious at least in my experience
