I shared a while ago that I planned to try some herbal remedies that claimed to relieve a lot of fatigue and malaise type symptoms. There were also claims these symptoms could be related to gastrointestinal parasites and they could also treat them. I’ve concluded on my own that parasites are extremely rare and I am still pretty convinced that was not an explanation for my symptoms. However, with a bit of skepticism I took the herbal remedies at my own dosage (less than the recommended) to see if I felt any different. After 3 years without a diagnosis or treatment from my doctors, I was shocked how much better I have felt. I used Paraguard cleanse and mimosa pudica. If anyone wants to know more about why I chose to try this or about how I feel different after I’m happy to share and hope it might help someone else. Disclaimer I have not seen my doctor since or gotten her opinion yet.
