Changing Depression Medications: What Should I Do?

Should I change my medications over time? I’ve been on my depression medication for years and I’m topped out on the highest dose. I’ve already added rexaulti to the Prozac. Is there something to add or just change the meds all together ?

      @Natdacat over the past 13 years I can’t tell you how many different medications I’ve tried. I’ve also tried cbd, pot, over the counter meds.
