I deal with a pretty severe case of fibromyalgia. I really want to try a non-inflammatory diet, but I’m overwhelmed. I’ve never been very great at dieting or eating healthy. Any ideas/advice on how to start the non-inflammatory diet without getting totally overwhelmed?

If you drink any dark soda, try to replace them with clear like sprite n such.
Just take it a little bit at a time. I'd start by slowly replacing red meats with fish, primarily, and poultry without skin. Try to spring for complex carbohydrates, including whole grains, for snacks and sides with meals. Last, try cutting down on alcohol, sugary drinks, and foods containing excessive amounts of fat, sugar, and sodium. Hope this helps!
