i think i need to be on disability for my ptsd, i cant get a job ive been out of work for a year and my flashbacks and anxiety are too severe. can anyone help guide me and answer my questions im really overwhelmed

I tried but they said you had to work 5 years full time before you're disabled. I'm not sure what the guidelines are but I've heard it's tough to get disability. You could ask a disability lawyer for free.
