Struggling with Tinnitus: Coping Tools Not Enough

My tinnitus is so loud. All day every day now. My primary finally gave me a referral to audiology after my neurologist requested it. But the appointment is in December. And I have a strong feeling they are going to say the same thing they did last time. Which is your hearing is better than most and here is a list of coping tools. So I am convinced this 16500hz ringing is because of my sympathetic nervous system being so out of wack that it is making my tinnitus worse. Before it was barely there most of the day. Now super loud all day. I am taking zinc and B12. No difference. Long COVID is the biggest struggle I have ever faced. My teeth permanently chatter now. It started day 3 and now it’s day 263. I am going to try and get a Stellate Ganglion Block. I see the pain clinic in out three weeks. This whole recovery process is scary. Constantly questioning if I am getting better or worse and when will it end? Bla… I just need to relax and chill out and watch some TV maybe. I am just venting sharing my experience. It’s super loud. How do I forget about it when it is this loud? I hate talking about it too because I want to forget it exists. But noooo. Bla…. Thanks for listening! Glad I have you guys!
