Navigating Scoliosis and EDS Symptoms

Me too! I have scoliosis and in the process of getting diagnosed with EDS. Right now they haven’t done genetic testing and labeled as generalized hypermobility disorder. I had some back pain and thought it was my scoliosis. But i had a rib dislocate🙃

I honestly blame most of my symptoms (pain related) on EDS. Scoliosis can cause pain in some cases and not in others. Joint pain or spinal mobility could be a result of the scoliosis, while muscular pain and dislocations could fall more under EDS. At the end of the day, almost everything is related to EDS so trying to pin point it can be very hard!

I don’t suffer from scoliosis but from other disorders. There are many symptoms that I don’t know which one of my disorders causes it

Completely understand. I usually relate back pain to my scoliosis and everything else to EDS
