I’ve thought about getting a cane recently. I’m able to walk but i often lose my balance or my back hurts so much i need to lean on something to keep standing. i’m only 20 and i’m on my feet a lot for work. I’m scared to get judged for it. Does anyone use a cane to help with similar issues?

I’m 24 and started using a cane when I was 21 - I can walk but I stumble often and it’s very painful for me. Without my cane, I can’t safely make it across the room. I say use it if you need it and anybody judge you can go fuck themselves.

I’m 28 and I use a cane, idk if work would have judged me, I had to leave due to chronic pain before I started using it, but if it helps I would use it regardless. I believe the person who b recommended arm canes meant forearm crutches which are also a great zebra approved mobility aid
I use arm canes they use less pressure on your hands and wrist joints
