Seeking Advice on AL Pills for Estrogen Depletion

I had my ovaries taken out instead, due to the side effects of the medications and my medical history.

Going on 7 mos of anastrozole. Joint pain, hot flashes, vag pain, fatigue. Overall huge negative life impact after a year of hard work to complete breast cancer treatment. Tough daily challenge.

I do take Tamoxifen...it's been 3 months.

I take Anastrozole. It’s not as bad as Tamoxifen was for me but it still sucks.

Yes. I take Anastrozole. And have to go to the oncologist every 6 months to get a Prolia injection because the Anastrozole depletes calcium
