Does anyone have recommendations for starting the nutritional counseling journey? I have been vegan for about 5+ years, and it has significantly improved my inflammation from IBS and pelvic floor dysfunction. However, my B12 deficiency (that’s only exacerbated by absorption issues) has suffered from this, even with weekly injections. It’s hard to know how to approach diet when eliminating/adding one group of foods can improve one condition but worsen another.
