Neurological Issues with Pernicious Anemia Diagnosis

Has anyone been Dx’d with lack of intrinsic factor/pernicious anemia, and subsequently experienced neurological issues?

Yes! I was about 6 years ago. They thought I was having a stroke and I was hospitalized for 2 days. It ended up being pernicious anemia- I was on empty in the b-12 department. They said more than likely I had destroyed my intrinsic factor due to high Advil - NSAID usage.
