Identifying Lupus Flares Among Other Autoimmune Diseases

I always feel chills and severe aches like I have the flu when I’m going into a lupus flare up. Then a low grade fever.

The red butterfly rash on face or red rash on body are indicative of lupus flares.

My symptoms are so severe more so than everyday pain and fatigue. The pain is more intense, my joints, muscles, and it feels like it’s going to my bones. Headaches and irritability. I have to stay away from people and loud noise. Even the TV too loud bothers me. I also get face rashes. Not the butterfly rash but the tumid bumps.

Usually for me it's flu-like symptoms. Extreme fatigue.

I’m curious to know too. I never know if I’m having a flare :/
