I start feeling depressed before I notice any other symptoms of my flair, then I start breaking out on my face and feeling the pain in my joints.

When you begin to have more issues or feeling like your body is always hurting, sluggish and swelling (inflammation). If your rashing up. If your having any fever then you have infection, swollen lymph nodes.

My Rheum is the same. I visited him earlier this week with a whole page of written notes and questions about new symptoms that I had been having the last 2 weeks. He blew all of it off and just said it was my fibromyalgia. The next day, I went into a full on flair. I would listen to your body. If you are feeling more joint pain or worsening fatigue, you could be flairing.
