Pots can definitely make you feel funny after a meal but maybe you could look into gastroparesis? This is when the stomach can’t digest the food fast enough so it sits in your stomach and can make you feel very unwell x

Okay, so I have a few ideas of what it could be. Do you feel like your stomach fills up fast? Do you feel like your stomach is digesting slowly? And is the pain in the upper middle stomach area? Does the pain come with exercise as well and may ease when leaning forward?

I have had this but I don't know what caused it either.
