Cymbalta really helped me a lot, but it's not perfect. So much so I just found this app while I'm having a flare up!

I take duloxetine which is generic for Cymbalta. It helps but not completely. Mornings are the worst and sitting too long as well. I try to stretch and if possible get in a pool it helped me a lot. Pacing yourself and going slow helps me also. Stress is a huge factor for me so I do the best I can to avoid it.

Not sure if any specific medication really helps. I find that if I am sedentary for long I will get really stiff and sore. Mornings are the worst! As difficult as it is, moving my body and doing gentle stretching helps me a lot!

I’ve suffered for years with extreme low back pain. Had 2 disks removed, metal cages put in. Two spinal implants put in. My fibro pain is manageable most days. I walk my little dog for excersize but mostly for my mental health, my mental health is what I have to focus on now. I deal with high stress in my marriage and my 85 yrs young mother lives with me.
Oh yes @hmmmm I took coq10 for Covid. I still have some…. Ik people normally take this for their heart!!

coenzyme q10 has helped with my fatigue and sports drinks with electrolytes!

I started taking ashawanga for my anxiety and depression and maca root but it’s hard to get energy…. Ugh
For me I started aquatic therapy it's helped me so much
Stretches can help some
Absolutely nothing works for me. Deep tissue massages on parts that hurt the most have helped for a day or two. Using diclofenac helps with inflamed areas like my chest and back sometimes
I just get up and out one foot forward every day. I find that if I sit for too long it makes me stiff and hurt. If I do too much though I pay for it the next day. Does anyone else just ache and ache for no reason.

I’m just starting out with my journey with fibromyalgia. Usually mornings but could last all day, serve nausea and pains all over. I recently started exercising (squats, push-ups, crunches) it has helped with the nausea. I take walks even in my little room i just go in circles just to move. I hope you’re all well❤️🩹❤️🩹
I don’t really have any specific medications that help me with energy when dealing with my fibromyalgia. However, by better managing all of my medical conditions, I can help have less flares which do give me better days compared to the alternate. I do a LOT of resting, staying hydrated, planning and schedule (upcoming appointments/plans). I never plan or schedule anything close together. I give myself enough rest prior to plans/appointments and enough rest after plans/appointments.

Mindfulness and meditation and energy drinks is what helps motivate me, but I still can’t walk very far.
Get up and move. I don't care what you do, just move. Taking walks and stretching helps me. I don't sit for too long.
I hate to say I don't
