i struggled a lot with emotional eating but since being on the meds have lose nearly 3 stone because of the appetite suppressant effect. but i also starting doing exercise way more regularly (couch to 5k) and noticed a huge improvement in my general symptoms because of the exercise. it’s so difficult to get started but i’d really recommend doing as much regular exercise as you can! and don’t buy too much junk food or else you’ll just eat them out of boredom!

God it’s so hard I haven’t figured it out yet but I’m trying to be happy in myself before I tackle that step, maybe buddying up with someone who’s at a similar place to you could help though? And don’t beat yourself up about struggling as it’s best to move forward if u slip up in your plans as dwelling on it can lead to even more spiralling slip ups
are you on a stimulant medication? Most stimulants treat ADHD and are appetite suppressors they can cause weight loss for me i lost too much weight on it I had to stop taking it
