What do you do when each day you’re alive is worse than the next and the suicidal thoughts won’t stop?

What I started doing after several failed suicide attempts was introducing one new thought a day that was positive and uplifting. For example, for a week one time, I wrote on my mirrors mirror how grateful I was for when it rained. I started the day with that thought and set a timer on my phone to go off every 4 hours ago to be grateful for that. And even though the one thought alone did nothing in the beginning of the week, by the end of the week, I found myself thinking often throughout the day of the smell of rain, or the sound of hit hitting the roof of my truck, and training my brain, often forcing it at times, to think of this, made a lot of the suicidal thoughts get a lot quieter. Please message me if you think it's something that you'd like to try. I'm more than happy to help get you started. And for the record, I'm happy that you're with us right now so that I can share this experience with you. Nothing but love! ❤️🙌

I am trying to figure that out myself. Feels like I am such a burden trying to talk to anyone about it.

@Kermie I promise you are not a burden. I felt that way for so long. It is not your fault that you feel this way. Please talk to someone if you need help. Being silent only makes things worse. I felt like a burden for so long. It's torture and putting yourself through that on top of what you're already suffering with is cruel. I promise you, there are people who will love you the way you don't believe you deserve if you will let them. I know it. I didn't want to belt it either. Please don't suffer in silence it only makes things worse.

🙏 omg that sounds amazing
Honest to God and I know it sounds crazy if you have the funds available or even if you can get on something that will give you a discount get yourself a hotel for the night a different freaking surrounding especially if you're thinking suicidal and I'm going to put it out there because you're not alone it's a freaking struggle.. I feel that statement when each day is worse than the last and you hope the next is better I don't know why but for some reason just if you have the time and you can do it get a cheap hotel with a breakfast in the morning and a place you can get in a Jacuzzi before you go to sleep it just does something for your mental.
