My depression is worse in the evenings and mornings. Some mornings are ok getting out of bed, but evenings I just need to cry and I don’t know why. I came off Lexapro a couple months ago. I think my depression worsened when I got my period recently. Rather than go back on meds that I have to take every day, are there any meds/tools for treating the depression just during these times (ie period, evenings, etc) ?
