Concerns about my heart

I have also found that being very anxious makes my heart beat rapidly and it’s a really tight feeling in my chest!

I have found that the anxiety makes me feel worse. I have found that talking to a friend helps to calm me down.

Ive got the SAME issue! chest pains, palputations. its so hard to tell sometimes because sometimes you cant even detect anxiety. there hav3 been many times that ive had all the symptoms of anxiety but not really thought that i was anxious or id be anxious for no detectable reason
