what is the best way to cope with anxiety?

      I like to deal with my adhd-induced anxiety by moving my body in some way! I took up running a couple of years ago and thought i would hate it, but the more i did it the easier it got and those endorphins are great at soothing anxious feelings. it doesn’t have to be running necessarily but getting my blood pumping some way helps and makes me feel more capable of dealing with stuff when i’m done.
