How has using spravato affected you?

Ketamine (and its various ketafriends) is a freaking miracle. It’s not a cure, but it’s a life-saving intervention that I cannot recommend highly enough. If I hadn’t scraped up the cash and courage to start ketamine treatment, I wouldn’t be alive to tell you about it. It hasn’t fixed my brain, but the stuck gears in there have started moving for the first time in decades.

It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my depression. I recommend it to literally everyone (who needs it). It works fast and just completely changed my quality of life. The side effects are short lived (just an hour or two) and pretty minor. If you’re used to putting your body thru hell with side effects of anti depressants and others, this will be a piece of cake. I have never been bothered by any side effects from it. I cannot recommend it enough.
