I have! It helped more with my chronic pain than with depression. I think it would be much more effective when paired with GOOD therapy. It helps to rewire your brain, but if you just rewire it right back into negative thought patterns, it’s not super effective. No side effects, but I had a scary-ish “trip” one time.
