Spravato (Ketamine) for Treatment Resistant Depression

Has anyone used spravato (ketamine) to treat their treatment resistant depression? If so did you have any bad side effects and would you recommend it?

I have! It helped more with my chronic pain than with depression. I think it would be much more effective when paired with GOOD therapy. It helps to rewire your brain, but if you just rewire it right back into negative thought patterns, it’s not super effective. No side effects, but I had a scary-ish “trip” one time. A nurse walked me through it and it was all good. Let me know if you have other questions!
