Luvox works great for me and I found it to have way less side effects than Prozac and it helps my anxiety way more
I’m glad it isn’t just me! I have been on Prozac for a year now. And I was never restless before that. I have been on several different antidepressant drugs. And this is the only one that has done this. It has really helped me though. Just be aware of withdrawal symptoms. I’ve found with both this and Cymbalta I get super dizzy and shaky.
I know what you're talking about, it's a really common side effect that gets a little better over time, but if it increases your anxiety more than helping, maybe you should try a different SSRI. Feel good!

try iron supplements! you might not be iron deficient but if your iron was low before prozac then it's very possible that some extra iron will help alleviate some of that. helped me quite a lot
It didn’t happen to me. I’m on Prozac 80 mg and I’m doing okay. But everyone is different.
