Hi, I am Jordan in March 2020 I got Covid 19 really bad and started getting anxiety and really bad health anxiety started obsessing over everything from heart rate to breathing so then in September in 2020 I got sinus surgery fro the health anxiety and it just made things much worse and still now December /2022 I am still obsessed with my breathing I notice everything I just started lexapro 10mg first 6 weeks was okay was not enough i am now in 20mg which the depression is much worse but I am trying to push through it
